我是华东师范大学心理系07级本科的大三学生,现在正在进行一项关于大学生学业拖延的研究,需要人30以上的被访者来完成一份《时间管理倾向的量表》,并在本周内收集完数据。如果您是在校大学生,欢迎您参与这份调查。-psytopic.com

这是我第一次独立做调查,而且这份调查也只是其中的一部分,选用的是黄希庭老师编制的量表。这并不是一份诊断性的量表。这次调查研究一方面是为了进一步验证它的信效度,证明其在大学生群体中的适用性,另一方面是为了探索大学生群体的时间管理倾向是否有其独特之处。 以我的能力所及,我只能根据相关的研究对这份量表的结果作一些大致解释,可能不尽如人意。

时间管理倾向是个体在运用时间方式上所表现出来的心理和行为特征,具有多维度多层次的心理结构。根据以往研究表明,时间管理倾向与个人的学业成绩、自我效能感以及主观幸福感都存在密切的联系。

根据过去的调查研究:
(1)时间监控观对学业成绩具有一定的预测作用,时间价值感和时间效能感是通过时间监控观来影响学业成绩。即时间监控观分量表的得分越高,个人的学业成绩可能更好。

(2)时间管理倾向各维度与自我价值感之间存在显著的正相关。

(3)时间管理倾向各维度与积极情绪之间存在显著正相关,与消极情绪之间存在显著负相关。时间管理的好坏可能是影响主观幸福感的一个重要因素。

Time Management is an individual approach in the use of the time shown on the psychological and behavioral characteristics, with multi-dimensional multi-level mental structure. Based on previous research shows that time management and personal academic orientation, self-efficacy and subjective well-being are closely linked there.

Based on past research:
(1) time control has certain forecasts on the role of academic performance, time value and time-efficacy through the time control to influence academic achievement. The time control subscale scores higher academic achievement of individuals may be better.

(2) The tendency of the dimensions of time management and self-worth were significantly positively correlated.

(3) The tendency of the dimensions of time management and positive emotions were significantly correlated with negative emotions were significantly negatively correlated. The quality of time management may affect the subjective well-being an important factor.
